most-romantic-men

We have all watched romantic movies where men have swoon us with their charms, looks, and overall personas. There have been many romantic movies with romantic men that have had us wishing they were ours, but here are the top four most romantic movie characters.

Ryan Gosling as Noah- The Notebook

The Notebook was an incredible movie that wowed a lot of us. The love and loss in the Notebook is unforgettable, and it’s largely thanks to the casting. Ryan Gosling put up an amazing and stunning performance in the movie.

Ryan surprised us with us romantic gestures and overall presence in the movie. From the moment he begged for a date hanging from a ferris wheel to his magnificent house, Gosling was nothing short of a dream boy.

The Notebook was probably one of the biggest hits of 2000 decade. Released in 2004, it took the masses by a storm. People generally loved the movie and loved Ryan more in it in general for his incredible romance.

Matthew Macfadyen as Mr. Darcy- Pride And Prejudice

The movie was released in 2005 and became an instant hit, from fans of the book and newcomers. What was even more interesting about the movie was Matthew Macfayden’s performance as Mr. Darcy in the movie. Mr. Darcy surprised the women by his wit.

Matthew’s favorite dialogue in the movie goes as; ‘I will have to tell you; you have bewitched me, body and soul. And I Love, love love you. I never wish to be parted from you from today’. With lines like that, it’s hard to go wrong.

Michael Fassbender as Mr. Rochester in Jane Eyre

Jane Eyre was an incredible movie that was released in 2011. Michael Fassbander’s romance in the movie would teach men a thing or two. We loved how he kept us on our toes all through the movie and continued to surprise us with his love and passion.

Michael had many dialogues that he spoke in the movie that we thoroughly loved but one of them was his vow; ‘I pledge you my honor, my fidelity… my love… till death do us part”.

Ewan McGregor as Christian in Moulin Rouge

Released in 2001, Moulin Rouge took us by surprise with Ewan’s musical performance. There were many of his romantic lyrics that we loved especially, “Come what may, I will love you till my dying day”. From singing on roofs to singing on stage, McGregor’s love for Nicole Kidman’s character was simply epic.

While there have been many romantic movies that have surprised us and made us fall in love, these were our top four most romantic men in movies. Who would be on your list?
