Disney’s Frozen takes the world by (snow) storm!


Disney fans of Frozen will be pleased to hear that Disney’s icy adventure has already earned over a whopping $500m at the box office worldwide!

Disney is announcing that it will break the $250M mark in the States, having taken in an estimated $248M through Sunday to date. Frozen has yet to open in several more larger territories such as China, Brazil, Argentina, Korea and Japan so expect it to sail even higher! On Christmas eve, Frozen passed the domestic total of Tangled, becoming Walt Disney Animation Studio’s second biggest film domestically behind its wildly successful The Lion King.

As of December 29, 2013, Frozen has earned an estimated $248,366,000 in North America, and $243,500,000 in other countries, for a worldwide total of $491,866,000.[source] The film earned $110.6 million worldwide on its opening weekend.[source]





 Fearless optimist Anna teams up with Kristoff in an epic journey, encountering Everest-like conditions, and a hilarious snowman named Olaf in a race to find Anna’s sister Elsa, whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom in eternal winter.
